You review the draft and we change it to match the brand voice and the goals. In the first month that review can be a call. After that it is Basecamp. Content is ready at least three business days before the first planned post.
Organic management on X, formerly Twitter: profile review, posts, captions, and a white-label monthly report. You keep the client. We run the account. Paid campaigns on X are a separate advertising order.
The job is awareness and conversation at the top of the funnel. Followers, engagement, and later site visits are the signs to watch. We do not promise viral reach or a lead count.
Posts follow the client's goals, tone, and topics you named, including timely angles when the brief allows them.
Consistent posting and clear captions help the audience recognise the client. Replies, reposts, and likes are the engagement signs.
Traffic and leads may follow once more people know the brand on X. They are not the first result this fee is priced on.
We take on ideas, edits, the schedule, and the report. You stay on the client relationship and the wider plan.
Features
Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced — the same ladder as Facebook management. Profile review, captions, keyword notes, and the monthly report sit on every level.

Basic
Profile review and suggestions, engaging captions, keyword notes, and the monthly performance report. 5 unique posts.
Intermediate
The same review, captions, keyword notes, and monthly report as Basic, with 10 unique posts.
Advanced
The same included items, with 15 unique posts. The report is included on every level at no extra charge.
How it runs
The first review in month one can be a call. After that, drafts, edits, and approval sit in Basecamp.
You review the draft and we change it to match the brand voice and the goals. In the first month that review can be a call. After that it is Basecamp. Content is ready at least three business days before the first planned post.
If you would rather schedule the posts yourself, say so and we hand that step back. Paid X advertising, retargeting, conversion work on the website, and email nurturing are later orders, not part of this fee.
The posts stay on time when the brief, the logins, and the feedback arrive on time.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We read the brief in Basecamp and make posts in the style, type, and tone you named. | ||
| We name a delivery date each month, at least three business days before the first planned post. | ||
| We schedule the posts you approved, unless you have asked to schedule them yourself. | ||
| We answer progress questions in Basecamp, and we make requested edits promptly. | ||
| We send a white-label report on what is and is not performing. | ||
| We keep up with X product changes and with social marketing practice. | ||
| Stay reachable in Basecamp, and brief us fully so the work is not delayed. | ||
| Send feedback in time, so later months follow what the client prefers. | ||
| Explain X and top-of-funnel marketing to the client, so the expectation matches the service. | ||
| Pass on logins or one-time codes when we cannot sign in without the client. | ||
| Send the client the monthly report. |

The result sits mostly at the top of the funnel: awareness, authority, and conversation. Organic reach on X is set by the platform.
X is a third-party platform with its own rules. We follow product changes and current practice. We do not control the reach.
Paid campaigns on X can sit on top of organic posts when the client has a named objective and a media budget. That is the X advertising order.
If X sends people to the website, the page and the copy have to turn that visit into a lead. Where the site is not ready, a conversion-rate project is the usual next step. Email is how the client then keeps the conversation.

If X management is already your core offer, you can skip this. If it is new: explain why timely, concise posts matter on this network, set top-of-funnel expectations, and show past social work with the numbers and the feedback.
A short trial month is your commercial decision. It is not an extra included in this fee.
You keep the client. We plan, write, and schedule the posts, and the monthly report is white-label.
