You review the draft and we change it to match the brand voice and the goals. In the first month that review is a call on Skype or Zoom. After that it is Basecamp. Content is ready at least three business days before the first planned post.
Strategy, trend research, captions, hashtags, graphics, and video editing are a large job. Posting on Facebook is how most businesses build awareness before leads and sales. More than 3 billion people use it in a month, and 59% of them contact a brand directly (Sprout Social, 19/03/2024). Hootsuite, 11/01/2024, calls it the most widely used social platform. You keep the client. We run the profile.
The job is awareness at the top of the funnel. Followers, engagement, and later traffic are the signs the summary names.
The client's goals are visible in the posts, and the follower count on the channel can rise because of that.
More of the target audience discovers the client and stays with the message. Reposts, comments, and shares are the engagement signs.
Traffic and leads come later, once more people know the brand through Facebook. They are not the first result this service is built for.
We take on the ideas, the edits, the schedule, and the report. You stay on the client relationship and the wider plan.
Features
Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. The level list also calls the middle tier Intermediary. The table calls the top tier Advance. Same three packages.

Basic
Profile review and suggestions, engaging captions, keyword analysis, and the monthly performance report. 5 unique graphic posts. The table labels these posts/pins.
Intermediate
The same review, captions, keyword analysis, and monthly report as Basic, with 10 unique graphic posts.
Advanced
The same included items, with 15 unique graphic posts. The report is included on every level at no extra charge.
How it runs
The first review in month one is a call. After that, drafts, edits, and approval sit in Basecamp.
You review the draft and we change it to match the brand voice and the goals. In the first month that review is a call on Skype or Zoom. After that it is Basecamp. Content is ready at least three business days before the first planned post.
If you would rather schedule the posts yourself, say so and we hand that step back. Boosting uses the advertising budget included in the service. A retargeting campaign, paid social, conversion work on the website, and email nurturing are later orders, not part of this fee.
The posts stay on time when the brief, the logins, and the feedback arrive on time.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We read the brief in Basecamp and make posts in the style, type, and tone you named. | ||
| We name a delivery date each month, at least three business days before the first planned post. | ||
| We schedule the posts you approved, unless you have asked to schedule them yourself. | ||
| We answer progress questions in Basecamp, and we make requested edits promptly. | ||
| We send a white-label report on what is and is not performing. | ||
| We keep up with Facebook changes and with social marketing practice. | ||
| Stay reachable in Basecamp, and brief us fully so the work is not delayed. | ||
| Send feedback in time, so later months follow what the client prefers. | ||
| Explain Facebook and top-of-funnel marketing to the client, so the expectation matches the service. | ||
| Pass on logins or one-time codes when we cannot sign in without the client. | ||
| Send the client the monthly report. It covers reach, impressions, engagements, clicks, and likes. |

The result sits mostly at the top of the funnel: awareness, authority, credibility, and problem awareness. The Facebook algorithm also limits how far a single post travels.
Facebook is a third-party platform with its own rules. We follow algorithm changes and current practice. We do not control the reach.
A retargeting campaign can bring interested people back, cut abandoned carts, and lift conversions. Paid social can sit on top of the organic posts. The summary cites Meta ads with impressions up 28% a year and cost per ad down 9% a year (SocialPilot, 06/04/2024), and names TikTok and Snapchat ads as further options. Those figures are not a result we promise on this management fee.
If Facebook sends people to the website, the page, the copy, and the layout have to turn that visit into a lead. Where the site is not ready, the summary recommends a conversion-rate project. Email is how the client then keeps the conversation.

If Facebook management is already your core offer, you can skip this. If it is new: explain the audience and the range of post types, explain why top-of-funnel work has to exist before a full buying journey, and show past social work with the numbers and the feedback.
The summary also suggests a trial you can offer, so a prospect sees the kind of result before a longer booking. That trial is your decision. It is not an extra included in this fee.

You keep the client. We plan, write, design, and schedule the posts, and the monthly report is white-label.
