Web
- A website specialist for WordPress, common builders, or a custom front end: new pages, refactors, and the weekly change list a live site produces.
Add part-time or full-time capacity for web, development, or design. They work in your process, under your agency name. We do not contact your client.
You keep the relationship. The person is there for the hours you booked, not as a one-off project team that disappears after launch.
Book the days you need. Scale up when a client lands, scale down when the work is quieter, without a hire on your payroll.
At launch the roles we place are website, development, and design. Other crafts stay on their own service pages.
Files, tickets, and stand-ups sit in your tools. The client sees your brand, your account lead, and your name on the work.
Quality assurance is done in Europe before you send the work on. You stay the last review in front of the client.
The person reports to you. They do not join your client's Slack, take their calls, or send them files.
Each placement is quoted for the hours, the stack, and the seniority you need. These are the three roles we start with.
How it runs
You stay in front of the client. We match, onboard, and keep a spare when someone is away.
The booked hours, the agreed role, and a named person who works in your process. Cover when they are on leave is part of the placement.
A different role, a jump in seniority, or hours beyond the booking is a new quote. Project work that should be a defined job stays on the matching service page.
A placement stalls when the role, the access, or the hours are unclear. This is the split.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We write the role with you: craft, hours, stack, and seniority. | ||
| We propose a named person and swap them if the match is wrong before they start. | ||
| We keep cover when they are away, so the client's work does not wait on one person's holiday. | ||
| We keep quality assurance in Europe on work that leaves the team. | ||
| We never email or call your client. | ||
| A clear role: what they will do in the first month, and which tools they will log into. | ||
| Access to the boards, repos, and files they need on day one. | ||
| Someone on your side who assigns work and talks to the client. | ||
| Notice when the hours or the craft need to change, so we can quote before it starts. |

The dedicated person is capacity inside your agency. Your account lead still owns the client, the brief, and the presentation.
If a client asks to speak to “the developer”, you stay on that call. We do not join it.
Part-time and full-time are both available. Unused hours do not turn into a different craft unless you ask and we quote it.

A logo, a mobile app, or a website with a start and an end is often cleaner as its own project. Dedicated hours fit ongoing work, not a one-shot deliverable.

Tell us the role and the hours. We match someone who works in your process, under your name.
