Use a designer by the hour on work you already sell: a social set, a slide, a banner, a tweak to a layout. It is design support, not a brand programme and not a full website. Each job is quoted, then started when you accept.
You keep the client. We never email or call them. This page is design support: files your account team can send under your name.
Cover a busy week, a missing in-house designer, or a client who keeps sending small visual jobs.
We work from the brand they already have: colours, type, logos, and the last approved layouts.
A carousel, a profile pack, a one-page flyer, or a set of ads. We do not open a new identity unless you order that page.
You describe the job. We send hours and a date. Work starts after you accept.
Exports come back to you. You put them in front of the client. We stay off that call.
How a job runs
You are involved before a pixel is drawn. The quote is for that case, and it varies.
The design task named in the quote, in the formats you listed, with the revision round written there.
A new brand, a motion piece, a full presentation, or print that needs its own spec is a different order. Extra rounds after the quoted set are a new quote.
The job waits when the brand files or the sizes arrive late. This is the split.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We quote the hours once the need is clear. | ||
| We design to the brand files you send. | ||
| We stay inside the formats and channels on the quote. | ||
| We apply the revision round written in the quote. | ||
| We never contact your client. | ||
| The brand pack: logo, colours, type, and a recent example if one exists. | ||
| Sizes, copy, and the channel for each file. | ||
| Acceptance of the quote before we draw. | ||
| Feedback in one place, on the dates we agree. |

If they need a logo, an identity package, or brand basics, that is Logo & Corporate Identity. Hourly support assumes the look already exists.
A logo sting, a brochure, or a pitch deck is cleaner as its own project when the spec is large. Small edits to those files can still sit here.

Offer it as overflow: you keep the account, we fill the design queue. The client never hears a second studio name.
