Feedback on the draft we delivered is edited and sent back for your approval. That round stays inside the agreed piece of copy.
New and revised website copy for your clients. A person writes and edits it. AI can speed the draft. You approve it before anything goes out under your name.
Speed of drafting is no longer the difference. The summary cites McKinsey (The State of AI in 2025, 05/11/2025): about 78% of businesses use AI for at least one function. It cites Semrush for 67% of small businesses using AI for content and SEO, and for 75% of emerging businesses investing in AI for marketing. SurveyMonkey (2025) is cited for 88% of marketers who still struggle to measure a clear impact from that AI use. Those are industry figures, not a result on your client's site.
Copy is written for the customer's question, and the client's value is stated clearly. Accuracy and tone are checked by a person.
Keyword research follows current search practice, including a place when the brief names one, so the client can be found as a local source.
Pages are written toward a measurable action: a lead, a sale, a download, or a booked call. That is the aim of the copy, not a guaranteed count.
AI shortens the draft. A copywriter and a human quality check still sit between the draft and what you send to your client.
The writing happens behind your brand, so your team can stay on strategy, performance, and the agency.
Features
The same job can be a plan, a human-written page, an AI draft with a human edit, or copy shaped for search. The brief decides which.

Content strategy
We act as the content strategist: research and a brief, then a plan aimed at leads and sales. The plan is the work, before pages are written.
Human-written
From web pages to blogs and emails, a person writes and a copyeditor refines. The tone should sound like the client, and the value should be obvious.
AI, then a person
AI speeds an original draft. A person checks that it is not copied, that it matches the brand, and that it asks the reader to act. Human quality assurance follows.
Search and place
Keyword research and current search practice, plus copy for a named geography when the client needs to be found locally.
How it runs
You stay in the project. We do not contact your client. Nothing is treated as final until you approve it.
Feedback on the draft we delivered is edited and sent back for your approval. That round stays inside the agreed piece of copy.
A new page, a new content type, or a change of direction is a new quote. The summary is plain about the limit: the copy is only as good as the brief you send.
The brief and your feedback set the pace. Late notes move the date.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| A plan, a draft, or both, depending on the brief. | ||
| Human writing and editing, with AI used only to speed the draft. | ||
| Keyword research when the copy is meant to be found, including a place if you name one. | ||
| A confirmed scope and a delivery date. | ||
| The draft in Basecamp, or on the platform you use. | ||
| Revisions from your feedback, then a resubmit for your approval. | ||
| No contact with your client. The work stays under your name. | ||
| A complete brief. Thin briefs produce thin copy. | ||
| Active replies in Basecamp, or on your platform. | ||
| Feedback in time for the delivery date. | ||
| Approval before you send the copy to your client. | ||
| A new quote if the scope changes. |

The summary's first sales path is to bundle this copy with design and development, so the build is not waiting on the client's text.
After launch, the usual upsell is a refresh of the pages, or ongoing articles. Email and landing-page copy is a separate order when the job is a conversion point.
GEO and SEO here mean keyword research, current search practice, and copy for a geographic audience when the brief asks for local authority.
A content audit or a strategy consultation can stand alone, before any pages are rewritten. That consultation looks for gaps and proposes the system. It is not a ranking report.

The cited surveys describe wide AI use and a measurement gap. The copy service is the human part of that gap: strategy, tone, and a check before handover.
We do not promise a ranking, a lead total, or a sales lift. Those depend on the offer, the site, and the brief.
