Blog post
- A standard AI blog post at 350 words.
- Longer articles are the long-form service, not this unit.
A faster, lower-cost way to draft copy, used on its own or added to work already running. A copywriter still briefs the model, checks the facts, and edits the tone.
Deloitte (October 2022) is cited for about 42% of marketers already using AI in assistants, chatbots, and conversation. Statista (13/02/2023) is cited for 88% of marketers using AI who say it helped them personalise a journey across channels. Unedited output is a different matter: the summary warns about plagiarism, a robotic tone, and thin ideas.
Writers research and draft in a shorter time than a fully manual job, which is how the summary describes clearing the wait for copy.
Context, facts, and originality are checked, and the voice is brought in line with the client. The model does not hand the file over.
The same service rewrites existing copy or starts from nothing: a short post, a page, an email, or time booked by the hour.
The summary treats spelling, punctuation, and grammar as brand damage. The edit is there so the piece is clean and readable.
It is framed as the option when the agency needs a lot of copy and does not have the hours. No discount percentage is stated.
As a standalone job the summary lists four shapes. As an add-on, the same team can write into a project already underway, such as pages on a site being built, or descriptions that support search.
How it runs
You approve a quote before writing starts. Changes come back within two working days of clear feedback.
Edits on the delivered copy are returned within two working days. The piece stays the one that was quoted: same type, same length, same job.
The result is only as good as the brief. A new deliverable, a new channel, or a vague note that reopens the job is a new quote. The team writes to current practice and to your instructions.
The brief is the pillar of the job. Skipping it is how the copy misses.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Read the brief and ask when a requirement is unclear. | ||
| A timeline and a delivery date after you approve the quote. | ||
| Copy that matches the type, style, content, and tone in the brief. | ||
| A human check for facts, originality, and the client's voice. | ||
| Status answers while the job is open. | ||
| Changes within two working days of clear feedback. | ||
| On a recurring blog series, formatting and image insertion. | ||
| A complete brief for each client, including word count and how many pieces. | ||
| The process as written: quote first, then the draft. | ||
| Timely, specific feedback. Vague notes make the job longer for both sides. | ||
| Final approval in Basecamp. | ||
| A new quote if the deliverables change. |

Standalone units are the 350-word blog post, the 350-word page, the 350-word email, and hourly time. As an add-on, the team can write the pages on a site already being built, tighten a LinkedIn summary, or draft site descriptions that support search work.
After the pages, the summary's next step is a few posts or a short email series for the launch. Those are further orders.
The summary's sales lines are speed against a deadline, search-oriented drafts, a lower cost for volume, a consistent voice, and research across a larger set of inputs. Each of those still ends with a person prompting and editing.
Deloitte and Statista describe adoption and personalisation. They do not describe a result on one client account.

The summary expects quicker projects, time back for the agency, and copy that is clean enough to support search and reputation. It does not give a ranking, a press placement, or a savings ratio.
We will not promise that a site will rank, or that a client will be published, because the copy was produced this way.

You keep the client. We quote the pieces, edit what the model drafts, and you approve before it goes out under your name.
