Cards and flyers
- Business cards, flyers, and one-page leave-behinds.
A defined print and stationery set for a client you already hold. You keep the relationship. We design to their identity and hand you print-ready files, plus the digital pieces named in the brief.
Each piece is a named deliverable. We do not invent a print run. You or their printer produces it.
Front and back, with the names and details you supply, in a file the printer can use.
One-pagers or folded pieces for a launch, a location, or a leave-behind.
A short printed story of the firm, separate from the on-screen deck.
Event cards or digital invites in the same look as the rest of the set.
HTML signatures for Gmail and Outlook, with the marks a plain-text line cannot carry.
List the items and the quantities you need designed. Print production is yours or the printer's.
How it runs
You approve a master for each piece before we lock bleeds and fonts. Checks are done in Europe.
Names, addresses, and layout inside the quoted rounds, on the pieces you approved.
A new piece, a new brand, or extra language versions is a separate quote. Printing itself is not included.
Files wait on names, addresses, and the printer's spec. This is the split.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We design the named pieces to the brand files you send. | ||
| We prepare print-ready exports and HTML signatures as quoted. | ||
| We check the files before handover. | ||
| We never contact your client. | ||
| The item list, sizes, and copy including names and legal lines. | ||
| Brand files and photography. | ||
| The printer's spec if they have one: bleed, colour, and file type. | ||
| Feedback on the dates we agree. |

Production, postage, and paper stock sit with you or the printer. The quote is for the files.
HTML signatures for Gmail and Outlook belong here when they are part of the stationery set. One-off signature jobs can also sit on Ad-hoc Design Support.

If they do not have a logo yet, start with Logo & Corporate Identity.
List the pieces. We design them print-ready, and you keep the client.
