Reignite
- Two emails a month to the existing list, to stay present with people who already bought.
- It costs less to nurture and upsell an existing client than to acquire a new one.
One-off sends and a monthly rhythm, from two emails a month to eight. We draft, design, and report. The tools include Mailchimp, High Level, Constant Contact, and others.
The aim is trust before the sale: useful notes, a greeting, or news the reader's world actually cares about, so the client's name is the one they think of when they are ready to buy. A published figure says 58% of email revenue comes from campaigns that segment and personalise. Snov.io, 22/12/2023. That is not a promise for one list.
You know it is working when an educational email brings questions about a service, when more people join, buy, or book, and when readers reply.
We work in Mailchimp, High Level, Constant Contact, and similar systems. We can use the one the client already has, or help choose one.
After the text is approved we set colour, type, and layout. Seasonal campaigns can carry a treatment of their own.
Every package includes a performance report at no extra charge, prepared so you can brand it and present it as yours.
Frequency follows the industry and the client's goal. The summary's range is 2 to 8 emails a month. Each of these includes setup, management, and reporting. A custom campaign is priced per email.
How it runs
One-off or monthly. Requested changes are made within two working days. Recurring work is charged from the day the project is opened until the first of the month, or until you pause it.
Drafting, a sub-edit, design after you approve the words, upload to Basecamp, revisions, scheduling in the CRM if you want us to send, and the report. You can schedule the send yourself. We hand the files over.
The result depends on the brief. We write from best practice and from your instructions. Open rates and click rates in the sources are not a result for a given list. Gather the list details before you open the project, so the work starts without a gap.
We make the emails. You own the brief, the feedback, and the relationship.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We read the brief on Basecamp and write to the style, type, and tone you set. | ||
| We name a delivery date and answer progress questions on Basecamp. | ||
| We make requested changes within two working days. | ||
| We design after the words are approved, schedule if you ask us to, and report. | ||
| A full brief, so the email is specific rather than generic. | ||
| Timely feedback, and someone reachable on Basecamp. | ||
| The audience or the segments, when it is time to send. | ||
| The decision to pause. Recurring fees run until the first of the month or until you pause. |

LinkedIn outreach, a lead funnel, or SEO on the blog are the follow-ons the summary names. More emails are only worth it if each one still has a point: a customer story, or an early look at something new.
The funnel example they give is a free download, then a teaching sequence, then an offer. That is a separate lead-funnel order.
The summary's notes are: show a real result, talk about cost against response, offer a small trial, teach the current practice, fit the campaign to the business, connect it to marketing they already run, use the analytics, and show what competitors may already be doing.
We do not treat the 58% revenue share, the 46 to 50% opens, or the 2.6 to 3% clicks as a forecast for one list.
