A done-for-you programme for organic growth, engagement, and brand presence. Direct leads are usually a side effect, not the job. You keep the client. We manage the profiles behind your brand.
The primary job is the top of the funnel: an audience that recognises the brand. Conversions can follow. They are not what this service is built to force.
Brand Enhancement covers three profiles, typically Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Platform-specific work goes deep on one channel. Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn also exist as stand-alone services, because those are the channels with the most demand.
LinkedIn can carry a professional narrative, Instagram a visual post, X a timely conversation. TikTok is not part of the imagery-based packages. It is built around video, stills, carousels, and GIFs.
Posts, images, videos, carousels, and GIFs are written to the brief and sent for your approval before publication.
You can rebrand the report and send it on. It covers page performance, the posts that engaged, audience growth, and where the next month should change.
Each tier covers three profiles. Captions, a profile review, content analysis, and a Google Analytics connection for the web-traffic report are included on every tier. Extra profiles can be added to the basic service. Platforms we can look after include Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Pinterest.
How it runs
You are in the setup calls. After the first approved calendar is live, the next month starts, and the report follows the last post.
You can change the draft before it is scheduled. Content is delivered for review at least three business days before the first publishing date. We only publish what you have approved.
This is not a rapid lead-generation programme. Community work such as follows, replies, and group chats sits under the Dedicated Resource service. A new layout of the whole programme, or platforms outside the agreed set, is its own scope. TikTok is outside the imagery-based packages.
A strong month usually follows a strong brief and a working relationship between your team and the social managers. This is the split.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We run the briefing and document what the client needs. | ||
| We maintain the profiles and publish only approved content. | ||
| We prepare graphics and captions on time, at least three business days before the first post. | ||
| We schedule the approved calendar, including event and date-specific posts. | ||
| We set the included advertising budget to the campaign objectives. | ||
| We send a white-label performance report at the end of each month. | ||
| We keep the approach aligned with proven platform trends. | ||
| Set what the client should expect. This service builds awareness. It is a weak fit when they want fast, direct leads. | ||
| Collect the profile access, objectives, and source material before you open the project. | ||
| Join the briefings and the monthly meetings. | ||
| Pass client feedback back through Basecamp. | ||
| Send the monthly report on, and explain where the campaign stands. |

Choose platform-specific work when one channel needs its own content and its own community. Choose Brand Enhancement when the client needs one story across several profiles. The summary cites Statista, January 2024: 62.3% of the world's population active on social media, and 76% of social users reporting a purchase of something they saw there. Fortune Business Insights is cited for a market moving from USD 19.89 billion in 2023 to USD 76.03 billion by 2030. None of those figures is a result we promise on one account.
You will know it is working from audience growth, reach, the quality of comments, shares, and engagement rate, and from website traffic that social actually sends. That depends on a complete brief, approval before publishing, and a calendar that respects the client's dates.
The platforms decide how many people see an organic post. Reach can shrink as more content competes for the same feed. The client does not own that audience the way they own an email list.
Social can still educate leads that arrived elsewhere: email after a social interaction, retargeting from engagement, CRM follow-up, an invitation to a webinar or a download, or a direct message on WhatsApp or Messenger. Those are next services, not lines inside this package. If the campaign is already working, paid social and search are the usual additions. Community actions such as following, replying, and group chats are handled under the Dedicated Resource service.

If social management is already your core offer, you can skip this. If it is new, the summary suggests five ways in.
Bundle it with content: Show how the writing and the posting schedule depend on each other.
Move to paid social when organic is working: Advertising is the usual next step when they want leads from the audience you have built.
Add search: A separate channel for people who are already looking.
Sell the engagement, not a generic grid: Tailored interaction against generic posts, including workshops if your agency wants to teach the client the channel.
Tie it to a launch or an event: Social can carry a campaign the client is already running, with copy and visuals cut for each audience.
