Premium is not the standard package with a new label. Content, captions, posting, and reporting are built per platform, with a larger boost budget and a weekly report as well as a monthly one. You keep the client. We run at least three profiles, usually Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
The job is still the top of the funnel: credibility, reach, and being remembered. It is not primarily a lead or sales service. Leads, if they come, usually need a paid channel on top.
The same post on every channel is the thing this package is meant to avoid. Form and function follow the platform.
Page likes, boosts, and traffic scheduling are included: USD $100 on Silver, USD $300 on Gold, and USD $400 on Platinum.
Weekly stats sit alongside a white-label monthly report, written one day after the last post, with recommendations. The monthly report is included, not an extra line.
Beyond the three core profiles, stand-alone management can cover X, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Every tier includes an initial audit, profile creation or optimisation, a content strategy, stories, a content calendar, scheduling, a monthly report, and weekly stats. Posts are 10 per platform. Competitor analysis covers Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn on every tier.
How it runs
The first review is a call. After that, drafts, edits, and approval live in Basecamp. You can keep scheduling yourself if you prefer.
You review the draft and we revise it to the brand voice. In month one that review is a virtual meeting. After that it is Basecamp. Requested changes are made within two working days. The final draft is uploaded, revised, and sent back for a last approval before anything is scheduled.
Fast, direct lead generation is outside this service. Search campaigns, paid social beyond the included boost, and email nurture are separate orders. The client does not own the social audience. The platform algorithm does.
Your team is the link to the client, including logins and one-time codes. This is the split.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We review the brief you send in Basecamp. | ||
| We create content in the style, type, and tone you specified, unique to each platform. | ||
| We name a delivery date at least three business days before the first planned post. | ||
| We schedule approved content, unless you choose to schedule it yourselves. | ||
| We answer progress questions in Basecamp and make requested changes within two working days. | ||
| We send weekly stats and a white-label monthly report. | ||
| We watch platform changes and trends. | ||
| Stay reachable in Basecamp. | ||
| Brief us fully, so the month does not stall on a missing fact. | ||
| Send feedback in time. That is how later months learn the client's preferences. | ||
| Explain top-of-funnel social to the client before they expect a sales spike. | ||
| Pass on platform logins or one-time codes when we cannot sign in without them. | ||
| Send the monthly report to the client. |

The summary cites Forbes on 18/05/2023 for people spending nearly two and a half hours a day on social, and for Facebook as the most widely used and fastest-growing platform, with YouTube second and Instagram and TikTok still used by millions daily. It cites Sprout Social on 18/09/2023 and Forbes on 18/05/2023 for 94% of business leaders saying social helps reputation and loyalty, and 92% saying it helps competitive position. These are not oceanone results.
You can call the work effective when followers grow and likes, comments, and shares follow the reach. Awareness and interest are the result this service is built for. Turning that audience into leads is a later, usually paid, step.
Search can take the same brand into conversions and sales. Paid social can push sales on the networks themselves. Email can nurture people once you have a contact, which the summary contrasts with social because the algorithm, not the client, controls who sees a post. Determ, on 30/01/2024, is cited for companies generating 40% more revenue when they personalise, and for email as the practical place to do that. That is a cited research figure, not a result we attach to one account.
If premium social is new for your agency, the summary suggests showing case studies, including your own if you run the service on yourselves, or case studies you ask us for. Value-add such as content or influencer work, and plain-language education, are pitching tools. They are not extra deliverables inside Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

You keep the client. We create platform-specific content, boost inside the fee, and report every week and every month.
