Use website changes, malware removal, a host move, SSL, and WordPress care as they come up, without hiring a full-time person or signing a long retainer. Each job is quoted on its own, so the client's budget stays on the work in front of you.
You keep the client. We do not contact them. Nothing here is a long-term hire. One-off search, social, and campaign tasks from the same summary sit on Ad-hoc Support, not on this page.
Updates so the site shows the right information: contact details, swapped images, and more complex edits.
We scan the site, find malware, remove it, and clear it in Google Search Console. Hardening is part of that pass. Malware can return if the software, themes, or plugins are not kept up to date.
If a client wants another host, we move the site so the domain stays live and can appear on Google. SSL installation encrypts traffic between the server and the browser. HTML signatures for Gmail and Outlook carry images and tracking links a plain-text signature cannot.
Daily backups, updates, and checks for uptime, security, and performance, plus a monthly report. Basic includes 2 hours of web support, Popular 3, and Premier 5.
Daily backups, uptime, or security checks, on their own or combined. Restoring a backup, fixing a site that is down, and removing malware are extra.
Each package backs the site up daily, watches and updates WordPress, themes, and plugins, and checks uptime, security, and performance. The report and the included support hours are what change.
How a job runs
You are involved before any work starts. A quote is written for that case, and it varies from job to job.
The task named in the quote is the work. On a care package, Basic includes 2 hours of web support, Popular 3, and Premier 5, with the daily backups, the updates, the checks, and the monthly report.
Every job is a custom quote, and the figure varies. On the Basic care package, hours past the included 2 are charged per hour. Restoring a backup, fixing a site that is down, and removing malware are not included in the monitoring-only options. Those can be done at an extra cost. A backup usually takes 3 to 5 hours, and the copies are stored on our cloud.
The job waits when the brief or the approval is late. This is the split.
| Task | Your agency | |
|---|---|---|
| We quote the one-off once we understand it. The quote is written for that case. | ||
| We do the task named in the quote, and we do not start a website or WordPress change until you accept it. | ||
| On malware we scan the site, remove it, clear it in Google Search Console, and harden the site. | ||
| If a client wants another host, we move the site so the domain stays live and can appear on Google. | ||
| We install the SSL certificate, build HTML signatures for Gmail and Outlook, and harden WordPress. | ||
| On a care package we back the site up daily, update WordPress, themes, and plugins, check uptime, security, and performance, and send the monthly report, with the included web support hours. | ||
| If monitoring finds malware, or the site is down, we tell your team. The fix itself is a separate cost on the monitoring-only options. | ||
| The client's need, clear enough for a quote. | ||
| Acceptance of the quote before ad-hoc changes start. | ||
| A word to the client to contact their host when the site is down. Uptime faults are the host's to fix. We can help look into why it was down. | ||
| Updates to software, themes, and plugins if you do not take a care package. Otherwise malware can come back. | ||
| The extra cost when a backup must be restored, a downed site must be fixed, or malware must be removed on a monitoring-only option. |
These are one-off jobs on a site that already exists. A care package is the better follow-up when the software, themes, or plugins would otherwise go stale.
We scan the site, find malware, remove it, and clear the site in Google Search Console. We also harden it. Malware can return if the software, themes, or plugins are not updated, which is why we recommend a care package.
Updates so the site shows the right information: contact details, swapped images, and more complex edits.
Hosting is what keeps a domain live and able to appear on Google. If a client wants to change provider, we move the site.
Install the certificate that encrypts traffic between the server and the browser. The summary describes that certificate as essential for businesses that want encrypted communication with their customers.
Signatures for Gmail and Outlook, with images, tracking links, and the lines and marks a plain-text signature cannot carry.
Adjustments that protect a WordPress site from hackers and data breaches. The same warning applies: without ongoing updates, malware can return. A care package is the follow-up.
Each line is a one-off, a monitoring option, or it points at the care packages above. A custom quote follows once we understand that job, and the figure varies from case to case.
Ad-hoc WordPress maintenance keeps the site up to date by fixing issues as they occur. The change waits until you accept the quote.
Uptime belongs to the host: Uptime problems are related to hosting and can only be fixed by the hosting company.
Security, on request: We can fix security issues when you ask. That fix is quoted, and it starts after you accept.
Performance, on request: We can fix performance issues when you ask. That fix is quoted, and it starts after you accept.
These can be ordered on their own. A backup usually takes 3 to 5 hours. Copies are stored on our cloud. Restoring a backup is an extra cost.
Daily backups: So the site does not lose its data in a breach or a hack. Stored on our cloud. Restoration is extra. A backup usually takes 3 to 5 hours.
Uptime monitoring: Crawlers check the site every 5 minutes. If it is down, we wait 10 to 15 minutes, then email you. You can tell the client to contact their host. Fixing the outage is not included. We can investigate why it was down, and we can fix it at an extra cost.
Security monitoring: Daily and weekly malware checks. Regular checks help find threats such as malware and data breaches sooner. If we find malware, we tell your team. Removing it is not included in this option. We can do that at an extra cost.
Combined monitoring: Daily backups can be paired with uptime monitoring, or with uptime and security monitoring together. Each part keeps the limits above: restoration, fixing an outage, and removing malware are extra.
Tell us what the site needs. We send a quote for that case, and we start when you accept it. You keep the client.
